1. Service
VerifyEat provides:
- Standard: multilingual digital menus, EU-14 allergens, stable QR codes.
- Cloud Hosting: publish HTML menus from Mac to verifyeat.app.
- Pro Orders: waiter-entered orders routed to kitchen/bar — no payment or fiscal receipt.
- AI: translations and suggestions — assistant only, not legal advice.
We are a technical provider. VerifyEat does not replace your POS or cash register.
2. Pro Orders
- Guests browse allergens via QR; Pro v1: staff enter orders on Floor tablets.
- Orders are estimates — final price at POS.
- Staff must confirm allergy-related modifications verbally.
3. Allergens — your responsibility
You alone are responsible for accurate allergen and ingredient data. VerifyEat computes allergens from your inputs. We do not guarantee absence of cross-contamination in the kitchen.

5. Liability
No liability for incorrect allergen data you entered. Cap: fees paid in last 12 months or 100 CHF.
6. Termination
Delete account at account/delete. We may suspend for material breach.
7. Law
Swiss law, jurisdiction Bern. See Privacy and DPA.
