If you use verifyeat.app as an EU/EEA/CH restaurant, VerifyEat processes hosted menu data and Pro Orders on your behalf as Processor; you remain Controller.

Scope

• Hosted menus, photos, QR pages, Cloud Hosting, Pro Orders (waiter-entered).
• AI only when you trigger it; usage counters retained.
• Subprocessors: list.

Breach notification within 72 hours. Deletion within 30 days of account termination.
